okay i've been watching these vids for years and i have NEVER seen a 10x20 that i liked the layout of or felt that it was big enough, but THIS ONE RIGHT HERE. i can't believe it CHECKS ALL MY BOXES (except i would want a desk where the tv is because i'm a gamer, but that's just a furniture option and totally doable) now.. this is all fantasy cause i'm broke but WOW i just really didn't think 200 sq feet could be enough, now i'm proven wrong!

Finish the bathroom wall with plexiglass. You'll retain the light and get the privacy.

One big difference in the ESP homes and an rv is the esp will never leak i have 2 sheds that are built out of this material both are over 20 years old and have never had any problems i have owned several camper trailers and a couple of motorhomes and every one of them leaked the people that i bought my 2020 Clayton house trailer from had to put a steal roof on it when it was only 5 years old because it leaked the sheds are almost as old as the trailer and never has had the first problem

Still love the house, but I don’t like the sink where it is. I'm not going to do dishes when I have company, but I would prep food. Please consider making it an option to put the sink by the window.

Oh my gosh I absolutely love it!!!💙 This is a beautiful spacious home. Currently outside of my budget but I can totally see the need for it. Whoever's complaining about how tinies aren't affordable anymore... Clearly they're not following ITH! You couldn't buy this home for less than $225,000 in and around the Portland Oregon area... And that would be a steal here. I think you should use that open space in the bathroom for some kind of art installation. Give buyers an option. Close it in with decorative plexy, you could use beautiful drapes that are thick and luscious such as velvet or you could put in shutters... They're just so many possibilities for that space. I think you should come up with a package that gives them some options and leaving it open could be one of those options. I'm with Randy. I like the idea of all that air flow. You could build a partial partition that goes halfway up the space... To me as a buyer, I would like to have that space left open so that I can contract someone to create a beautiful piece of stained glass. Well done Randy and Amanda. This is just a stunning home with so many possibilities and those cupola's are fantastic! 💙💙💙

Can you do a bigger version of the incredi-cottage. Not everyone wants ultra modern. And that cottage has an aged look.i can’t buy as I am not American but that cottage is really popular and a bigger version would be a big seller as well. I am sure. And I love what you guys do.

Again, Randy inferring flip top is included in counter. It is not. You would have to tell them you wanted it before the build it and pay extra. Found out the hard way.

I really think the placement of the kitchen sink really does a disservice to the sale ability of this home. Regardless of how hard you try and sell it, I sure as heck would not buy it. That design choice really needs to be changed. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful home.

For a tiny house that size and for the price there should be a sleeping loft as well, any builder with a house that size (in fact some have 2 actual bedrooms)would have a sleeping loft( unless the owner specifically did not want it). Does anybody else agree.

This was a super special tour! What absolutely gorgeous homes, both of them. The Amanda is just the perfect example of what a high end Tiny Home can be! The RJO is just too cute! The "Amanda" is absolutely beautiful except for the sink in island. You are missing the point of an Island. That is your eating place, thats what an island is for. If there was a dining table it would be a different story. If you have more than two people there is no room to eat! Good luck tomorrow.

The Amanda is gorgeous, the only thing I would change, is I would swap the cooker and microwave with the fridge freezer. I feel the cooker needs space either side of it rather than the side of the cupboard. Its beautiful guys 🤘

It’s a beautiful presentation, and the RJOO looks so cute. looked. So adorable. I would put a sleeper sofa and of course I need my TV. Where is it but like Amanda says you need to be creative but it is very amenable but I still love the Amanda I love the Amanda I would take the second door off and make room for the dresser And the mirror I would take off and put the TV there. It is a beautiful presentation. I hope you have fun at the strawberry festival. I’m so sorry I cannot be there since I live so far away but I still want to go one day and make my choice of homes, I still think in the other plots of 75 acres I would love to have two plots the second plot going to to a child a son like Amanda son he would have his own home right nearby. Family should stick together like I grew up with my family all around me. That was the best. We had the best of memories and times even though I did not live in Tennessee I lived in Manhattan New York City, but during the time I grew up it was so family oriented And everybody live close together at that time and I should be like that still I love your presentation is been very well done and very well executed by both of you, Randy, and certainly Miss Amanda thank you very much for sharing. The door in the bed room is great if you have a fenced yard to let your Dog out at night.

The Meadows of Morristown or The Meadowlands of Morristown. Beautiful property. The trees make the land and so glad Randy likes to keep the beauty in the land, unlike most developers that won't to level the land and live it completely bare. Nature is an amazing thing and the wooded area is going to make this subdivision unique. Randy, if you add any trees here or at your other communities, please consider adding fruit bearing trees and building community garden sites, and help these communities be more self sustaining. We need this in todays world. Everyone should be growing food instead of landscaping for aesthetics. We need to normalize gardens in yards over perfectly manicured yards.
